Insha'Allah, we are offering various times and days (Friday or Saturday) to accommodate the majority of family input, along with the different types of events that are planned. For example; to date, we have equal support for directly after jummah, directly after Friday pick-up, Friday nights, and early or late afternoon on Saturday's. Secondly, Parent Forums are different from children-led events, educational-family events, and community-oriented events; and many parents want the active participation of the more "fun" events; alhumdulilah ;-) Since you've been a part our the SKFA family from its inception, your family has personally participated in the following: - a couple of Saturday night events, - a Weekday iftar dinner, - Friday after jummah event, - Fridays after pick-up, and - a Friday night. As you know, we had healthy and successful attendance at each and every single one of our events, alhumdulilah. At the very least, every single child must be picked up on Friday. Since we scheduled our Eid Donation Drive Drop-Off after the Parent Forum, and its our last day before break, we anticipate the Forum to be a short and fun Eid Announcement-type Celebration, insha'Allah :-) Jazaka Allahu Khayrun Brother Ossama for your input.
